Advanced PC and Simulations Shipping policy
All orders through the APCS website will be processed with within 2 business days from receiving payment. Most orders are also shipped within that time however as we don't personally stock all items available on our site at any one time this time frame can vary slightly for shipping however we work to ensure all standard items are shipped within 3 business days at most.
Please be aware that the change to this is custom orders such as custom built PC's and pre- order items. the processing and delivery time on these will vary and will be discussed in full with you at the time of order.
In the case of any unplanned delays or issues with stock you will be notified immediately and have the option for a full refund should you not be happy with the delay.
Often with Custom built PC's they will be built with a theme or to your specifications with items ordered in specially for the build. In most cases we aim to ship a custom build within 7 days of an accepted quote. This time frame will be discussed as part of the sale process however incase of any additional delays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
At checkout you will get offered up to 3 shipping options depending on the items you are purchasing.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using Sendle. This is mostly for smaller items and often a slower option which is why it is cheaper in most cases (Often up to 7 days ETA)
For simple flat rate shipping: We also offer both standard and express shipping on most items which varies based on weight and size, This is shown clearly at check out.
We will always ship via the most suitable method available to us, Often this may be through a courier but it can also be through Australia post.
Some items such as office chairs or desks, Commercial printers and servers etc cannot be delivered to a residential address. We will contact you to confirm delivery location and ensure that you are equipped for the delivery before confirming shipping of these items
Local delivery can be arranged in the ACT and surrounding regions however where possible we will opt to ship the item to you.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
In most cases we are able to ship to a PO box without issue however as some of our stock will be drop shipped from the suppliers direct this could vary depending on their chosen courier. In these instances we may contact you to discuss alternate shipping options.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order or you receive an incorrect item please contact us within 14 days email@example.com with your details and order number for a solution to be found. Our first option will always be to correct the matter for you and arrange shipping of the incorrect item back to us. if no suitable arrangement can be made then we will refund your purchase in full and arrange return shipping of the item - Refund will be processed once the item has returned in new condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
